Refunds & exchanges

RETURN OF GOODS

If you wish to return the goods for any reason, please complete the return form which will be included with your delivery note.  Goods returned in an unused condition within 30 days, will be refunded.  The cost of returning goods is at the customer’s expense.  All items must be returned in the same condition they were sent out, with all tags still present.

Returns cannot be immediately refunded in the store, however we can accept the return instore for processing at head office.

When we process your return you will be automatically notified by email.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed back to the account that originally paid for the order.  When the refund is processed you are automatically informed via email. If you paid by credit/debit card this can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.  Paypal refunds appear on the same day.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

A customer shall have the right to cancel any order (contract for goods) made in accordance of these Terms and Conditions within 14 working days from the day of delivery of the goods. 

If you wish to cancel your order simply notify us in writing at sales@gaynors.co.ukor phone us on 01524 737606 within 14 days of receiving you order.  If you return your complete order to us within 28 days of receiving your order we will refund your order value and any outgoing delivery costs charged (reduced to the economy service we offer.

If you are only returning part of your order no outgoing delivery charges will be refunded.

EXCHANGES 

If you wish to exchange your order, the most efficient way is to return your unwanted item to us, and place a new order on our site.  This will ensure you get exactly what you require in the most efficient way.

RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS

If you believe you have received a faulty item please contact us on 01524 737606, we will then advise you on how to return the item to us. Please ensure that goods are returned in a clean, dry condition as suppliers will not accept dirty goods back for health and safety reasons.  If goods are not returned in a clean, dry condition they will be returned back to the customer to clean.
